📋 Description

• Sell life insurance and develop new business on a part-time basis • Conduct virtual client appointments using a self-selected schedule • Respond to warm leads from families who requested information • Recommend suitable products from multiple insurance carriers • Use provided scripts, training, mentorship, and established sales systems • Build and manage a renewable book of business • Earn renewal income and optionally build a team for override income • Submit a resume and answer two application questions • Participate in a 20-minute conversation if selected

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. residency required for licensing • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must commit 10–15 consistent hours per week • Track record of excellence in their field • Responsive to coaching and guidance; coachable • Professional communication and integrity • Experience or background in sales, financial services, banking, accounting, wealth management, teaching, coaching, nursing, military, first-responder careers, business ownership, or management • Must follow established systems and direction • Life insurance licensing required to write business; unlicensed candidates may obtain licensing after hire
