📋 Description

• Build relationships with clients and provide guidance on securing their financial future • Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom or phone • Present financial solutions and explain policy benefits, costs, and features • Sell Indexed Universal Life policies, annuities, term life, whole life, universal life, and health insurance products • Connect with pre-qualified, warm leads without cold calling • Conduct needs analyses and policy reviews • Recommend customized insurance solutions • Educate clients on life and health insurance options • Exceed sales targets • Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client interactions • Support clients through claims and provide ongoing policy servicing

🎯 Requirements

• US residency required • Must be legally able to obtain the required insurance license; the company will help with licensing • No prior experience required; training provided • Strong communication skills • Ability to build trust and deliver value in conversations • Self-starter who is disciplined and motivated • Optimistic, goal-oriented mindset • Responsive to coaching and guidance • Ability to work independently as a 1099 independent contractor • Ability to sell life and health insurance, annuities, and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) products
