📋 Description

• Work warm, exclusive leads generated through the proprietary platform • Qualify prospects and understand their protection needs through consultative conversations • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and presentations • Nurture leads through the full sales cycle from first contact to submitted application • Submit applications digitally using mobile tools • Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in the AI-powered CRM • Participate in ongoing coaching, team calls, and training cohorts • Provide feedback to improve the sales process

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role • Excellent communication skills and genuine comfort talking with people • Self-directed and organized; able to manage own time without supervision • Coachable and willing to follow a proven system • Comfortable working in a virtual environment with CRM and sales tools • Life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one • Current U.S. resident authorized to work in the United States • No visa sponsorship available • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required • A state life insurance license is required to sell, but not to apply
