📋 Description

• Report directly to the SVP, Product • Own the patient journey and develop the strategy for a consumer-grade patient messaging and portal experience • Drive conceptualization, development, and launch of omnichannel products and features across email, SMS, and outbound calls • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve open, click-through, and conversion rates • Develop business metrics, instrumentation, reporting, and execute the roadmap • Consult with Engineering and stakeholders on make/buy decisions • Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs, opportunities, and trends • Analyze competitors and market standards to inform product enhancements • Use data tools and analysis to prioritize opportunities • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on product design and development • Drive experimentation and data-informed product decisions • Develop go-to-market and launch plans and gather consumer feedback • Provide internal product thought leadership and education • Support patient-messaging feature rollouts through alpha, beta, and general availability • Mentor and guide Product Managers and other team members

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare, SaaS or e-commerce • Experience driving engagement in B2C or B2B2C context, ideally in healthcare space • Comfort across digital and outbound engagement approaches spanning email, SMS and calls • Proven track record optimizing tech-forward call center flows; AI-first engagement tooling is a plus • Strong background enabling integrations with third-party platforms • Understanding of APIs • Demonstrated experience leading product strategies and driving product innovations • Proficiency in office productivity, data analysis, and department- and job-specific software systems • Extensive experience in B2C applications and customer journey mapping • Experience in customer/consumer marketing, including A/B testing • Ability to create workflow diagrams in Figma, Visio or similar • Ability to write in clear and plain language and knowledge of accessibility guidelines • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
