📋 Description

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives • Act as a proactive team member, balancing strategic and operational responsibilities • Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives • Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with ownership and accountability • Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field • Experience working within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment • Therapeutic area experience, preferably in Oncology and/or Cardiology • Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education may be considered
