📋 Description

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and over the telephone • Respond to client inquiries and resolve client issues • Comply with Bank policies, procedures, applicable laws, and regulatory guidance • Stay current on laws, regulations, and procedures related to SBA and USDA lending • Advise parties involved in all aspects of the loan closing function • Review loan approvals and commitment letters and coordinate, prepare, review, and approve due diligence, compliance processes, and closing documentation • Make eligibility determinations under SBA and USDA regulations • Prepare SBA Guaranty packages for approval • Partner with external legal counsel on title insurance, searches, and loan closing package documentation • Communicate closing requirements and related issues to internal and external partners • Coordinate execution of loan and transaction documentation • Prepare and confirm proper booking of closed loans and initial funding packages • Maintain the pipeline of approved loans scheduled for closing • Manage closing and related operational workflows • Ensure exceptions are cleared in a timely manner • Identify client financial needs and refer clients to specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, and Treasury Management • Assist other team members and perform related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services • Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance • Knowledge of SBA SOP and processing requirements • Knowledge of USDA program parameters • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or related software • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills • Effective analytical and problem-solving ability with a strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and prioritize daily tasks • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy • Excellent client service skills • Tact and diplomacy in dealing with both clients and team members • Ability to perform the listed physical activities, including prolonged sitting and standing, manual dexterity, visual acuity, repetitive motion, hearing, bending, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and grasping
