📋 Description

• Support retail and vendor partners within the Northeast United States territory • Build vendor relationships by sharing insights, data, and market trends • Conduct site visits to document vendor execution • Attend partner meetings and consult on schematics and retail space planning • Document planogram execution and compliance • Maintain company relations with a major retail partner and assist in retailer category management • Liaise between retailer and vendor partners to improve execution, efficiency, and profitability • Coordinate promotions, new stores, store resets, and other retailer-led initiatives • Interface with Tactiq, retailers, and distributors to develop business and revenue sources and resolve issues • Research and source new distributors and products • Provide category insights and analysis using reports, dashboards, and scorecards • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YTD reporting on distributor performance, lost sales, planogram compliance, and item voids • Work with the retailer on weekly Pipeline usage • Create schematics using space/product rationalization • Set up new items, maintain items, set up promotions/TPRs, align zones, and maintain item and store lists

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in PA, NC, VA, or IL and near a major airport • High School Diploma or GED • Ability to travel every week within the MidAtlantic United States • Ability to travel at a minimum of 95% • 2+ Years of distribution industry experience • 2+ Years of retail experience • Retail and/or food/beverage experience (preferred) • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience with schematic creation (preferred) • Experience with MicroStrategy (preferred) • Experience working with retail and distribution partners • Ability to clearly, concisely and convincingly present data and insights • Proven experience in retail and/or distribution relationship management • Experience building and sharing reports and data with technical and non-technical resources • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future
