📋 Description

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and advance sales opportunities • Lead technical discovery with customer IT, integration, and security teams • Understand customer systems, data flows, and integration requirements • Architect solutions addressing customer business problems • Design integrations across REST APIs, HL7 v2 feeds, FHIR resources, and file-based exchanges • Conduct product demonstrations • Develop proposals and Statements of Work outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and pricing • Prepare responses to RFPs and security questionnaires • Deliver complete solution packages to implementation teams, including requirements, integration specifications, assumptions, and open items • Build and maintain customer relationships as a trusted advisor • Research industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies • Provide insights to the product development team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems), or equivalent experience • In-depth understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and cloud-based healthcare solutions • Experience in the digital health space • 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, integration, or technical consulting for a software solution • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in REST APIs and integration concepts • Ability to discuss technical concepts in depth with technical stakeholders and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Experience with HL7 v2 and FHIR is a strong plus • Knowledge of EHR, practice management, pharmacy management, and revenue cycle systems is a plus • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing teams • Excellent problem-solving skills and creative solution design ability • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices is a plus • Less than 5% travel • Currently legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require current or future employment sponsorship • Successful background and reference check
