📋 Description

• Manage supply chain from manufacturer to 3PL, including purchase orders and shipping options, timelines, and costs • Oversee daily 3PL communication, fulfillment issues, and customer service cases involving lost or missing orders and address changes • Track inventory levels, report regularly, forecast demand, evaluate performance across channels, and make inventory reordering and FBA allocation decisions • Maintain backend platforms including Shopify, ReturnLogic, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Meta, and their integrations • Support marketing operations for campaigns, launches, and promotions by building and scheduling promotions, configuring products, and updating website banners and pop-ups • Manage TikTok Shop campaign enrollment, growth and missions, and CRM • Build scalable systems for inventory planning, restocking, Amazon FBA inventory management, custom/print-on-demand order integration, and new product rollouts with 3PLs • Coordinate custom/print-on-demand orders with printing partners, including quotes, design approvals, and production management

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years in DTC, ecommerce, or CPG operations • Familiarity with 3PLs, supply chains, and Shopify • Ability to manage vendors and timelines • Ability to thrive in fast-moving startup environments
