📋 Description
• Own event strategy end to end: concept, format, guest experience, and measurement • Plan and run in-person events (roundtables, hosted dinners, field programs) from scratch • Bring a strong, specific point of view on what makes an event memorable • Partner closely with marketing analytics to measure impact and refine programs • Manage complex logistics with precision while staying calm under pressure
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2+ years in event marketing, hospitality, or a closely related field • Demonstrated ownership of an event or program (strategy, not just execution) • Genuine hospitality instincts and empathy for the people being hosted • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes • Thrives in an unstructured, fast-moving startup environment as both strategist and hands-on executor
