📋 Description

• Provide clinical leadership for a team of therapists as primary people manager and clinical coach • Provide 1:1 coaching, feedback, goal setting, and professional development • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership on department development, growth, performance, priorities, outcomes, and escalations • Translate clinical practice strategy and performance into actionable guidance • Lead department and company-wide continuous quality improvement, growth, and sustainability initiatives • Participate in therapist recruitment and hiring, including interviews and hiring recommendations • Address patient concerns and complaints with Care Integrity • Mentor new therapists and monitor personal development goals • Partner with Clinical Operations and cross-functional departments on provider-impacting decisions • Advise direct reports on utilization, schedule optimization, incentive compensation earnings, and clinical policies • Manage the full performance lifecycle, including coaching, development planning, reviews, and formal performance management • Provide consultation on treatment planning, level-of-care decisions, complex cases, and clinical questions • Ensure clinical quality and compliance through documentation review, chart audits, standards-of-care coaching, and quality initiatives • Support clinical and safety escalations with consultation, guidance, and follow-up coordination • Use clinical informatics and practice-pattern insights to improve care and patient outcomes • Lead therapist engagement and retention through proactive support, early intervention, meetings, and clinically focused discussions • Adapt leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced, growing practice

🎯 Requirements

• Full-time availability in Pacific Time Zone • Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive management experience in mental health • 2+ years of experience in leadership roles supporting large teams • Active, independent license as a clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or counselor in at least 2 western states • Ability to obtain licensure in additional states • Occasional travel as needed • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently, as a people manager, and as part of the broader team
