• Execute visual guidelines with precision • Conduct mapping sessions and on-floor coaching • Partner with District and Store Managers on KPI insights • Support new store openings with on-site training • Manage visual projects and field initiatives

• Proficiency in Visual Merchandising • Strong project management skills • Ability to conduct in-store training • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to adapt to changing conditions • Experience in mapping sessions and coaching • Understanding of KPI insights
