📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new client programs from project initiation through go-live • Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, risks, and project status • Serve as the primary liaison with client stakeholders during onboarding • Gather, document, and validate business and operational requirements • Assess alignment between client requirements and system and operational capabilities • Identify gaps and translate them into actionable workstreams • Coordinate Product, Technology, Operations, and Relationship Management teams • Coordinate onboarding with sponsor banks, networks, and fulfillment vendors • Manage program configuration, workflow validation, and operational readiness activities • Ensure documentation, approvals, and readiness criteria are complete before go-live • Support transition from implementation to ongoing operations • Maintain organized project documentation for transparency and future reference

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 4–8 years of experience in project management, client implementation, operations, or a related discipline • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Experience in payments, card programs, financial services, banking, or FinTech highly preferred • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients, leaders, and cross-functional teams • Ability to elicit, analyze, challenge, and validate business, operational, and technical requirements • Ability to translate business and operational requirements into actionable implementation plans • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive risk identification • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain calm under pressure
