📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the activities of multiple campaigns with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and assigned staff • Multitask across a wide spectrum of operational responsibilities • Interact regularly and often daily with company departments, campaign team leaders, and management • Maintain open communication between staff and senior management • Manage and staff assigned operations • Monitor operations staffing and provide temporary coverage and training • Ensure excellent client service and resolve problems • Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to achieve objectives • Guide Operations Managers in meeting team and individual goals • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures • Assist the Senior Director of Operations/Vice President of Operations in crafting operations procedures

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably at Director or VP level, specializing in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations • Strong computer skills, especially using Google Suite applications • Proven track record of meeting, delivering, and exceeding targets • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build productive business relationships with clients • Strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills • Professional, courteous, and resilient attitude • Proven ability to scale operations • Strong experience in employee retention • Flexibility to travel • Phoenix or Detroit location is required
