📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team of Senior Leads and Instructional Designers developing training content • Translate client technical requirements into accurate, data-driven, scalable training content • Map requirements, plan solutions, and execute strategies for projects and launches • Balance client stakeholder needs with operational targets and team performance • Assist with onboarding and upskilling new hires • Manage the project intake pipeline, identify gaps, and assign active projects • Oversee projects from initiation through completion and resolve blockers or escalations • Assign and monitor completion of RN and SN while ensuring tracking data is complete and accurate • Analyze utilization, idle time, and non-project-hour metrics for operational efficiency • Review SLAs, over-effort hours, and L1/L2 KPI results to identify performance trends • Lead daily standups, calibration sessions, and weekly leadership meetings • Conduct QA/QC oversight by spot-checking Maintenance and New Builds scorecards • Compile team statistics and quality data for Quarterly Business Reviews • Complete Weekly Status updates by end-of-week deadlines • Serve as the primary client contact and manage client-requested tasks • Conduct regular one-on-ones to support professional development and team stability

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of large-scale project/program management experience • 5+ years of Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Content Strategy experience • 3+ years of people management experience managing leads or creative teams • 8+ years of experience in a highly regulated or technical industry • Experience in aviation, transportation, energy, automotive manufacturing, autonomous vehicles, AI/Tech, or medical services • Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet • Familiarity with Articulate, Rise/Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud • Ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions • Experience with SQL or robust Excel/Sheets data visualization • Exceptional client-facing presentation skills and conflict resolution ability • Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment • BA/BS degree in Learning Development, Instructional Design, Education, or equivalent practical experience • At least 5 years of Instructional Design or curriculum development experience • At least 2 years reviewing others’ work for quality and consistency • Experience with fast-paced, cutting-edge technologies • Strong organizational skills • Experience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting • Tolerance and enthusiasm for ambiguity and change • Experience with e-learning authoring software such as Articulate Storyline or Evolve • Proven ability to develop fully ADA-compliant training deliverables • Experience in corporate education • Experience leading • Experience identifying training needs and building scalable solutions for diverse international audiences • Experience using e-learning tools such as Articulate or Captivate • Experience migrating training courses into Cornerstone or another LMS • Experience managing large-scale, complex training projects and cross-functional stakeholders • Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills • Video editing experience with Premiere, Final Cut, Camtasia, or similar tools • Experience with Cornerstone LMS • SQL queries and visualization of key performance metrics • Experience with Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Buganizer, and Guts • B.A. or B.S. in any discipline • Work authorization in the United States is implied by the USA-based role
