📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery and P&L for multi-site, multi-client autonomous vehicle and robotics programs • Lead programs covering perception data labeling, scenario QA, remote assistance, teleoperation, fleet support, and incident response • Design scalable 24/7 workflows for remote assistance, teleoperation, fleet and depot support, data collection, annotation, simulation, scenario review, and edge-case triage • Establish safety-case-aligned processes, incident management, root-cause analysis, and audit readiness • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic AV and robotics accounts; run QBRs and shape roadmaps • Translate ODD, model, and fleet requirements into staffing, tooling, and process plans • Recruit, train, and certify remote operators, fleet technicians, annotators, QA leads, and program managers • Define career paths, competency frameworks, and fatigue and wellness standards for safety-critical roles • Embed automation, ML-assisted labeling, tooling, and analytics to improve cost per task, latency, and accuracy • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security on platforms and integrations • Develop new offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market plans with Sales, Solutions, and Strategy • Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions • Maintain business continuity and surge capacity plans • Manage a global team of directors, program leaders, and site leads across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations • Achieve operating, safety, quality, client, revenue, and margin goals during the first 12–18 months

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of operations leadership (15+ for VP) • 5+ years in autonomous vehicles, robotics, mobility, logistics automation, or other safety-critical, technology-driven operations • Direct experience running remote assistance, teleoperation, fleet operations, or AV/robotics data operations • Proven record of scaling operations from pilot to commercial deployment • P&L ownership of a business of $50M+ (more for VP) • Experience leading large, distributed workforces (500+) across multiple sites and geographies, including 24/7 shift operations • Working knowledge of safety frameworks, incident response, and regulatory environments for autonomous systems • Executive presence with technical customers and ability to engage with engineering, safety, and product leaders • Fluency in operational metrics, SLAs, and continuous improvement • Bachelor's degree required • Familiarity with AV and robotics data pipelines, including sensor data, HD maps, scenario libraries, simulation, and labeling tools • Experience with humanoid, warehouse, or last-mile delivery robotics operations • Background in BPO or managed services, including client transitions, vendor management, and global delivery • Experience with M&A integration or building a new business line inside a larger enterprise • Ability to travel 25–35%
