📋 Description

• - Manage and improve workflows in our CRM and project tools (Planning tools, Close, ClickUp/Trello). • - Lead and coach team members, keeping projects on track and clients cared for. • - Oversee smooth client onboarding, document collection, and follow-ups. • - Build reporting dashboards to keep leadership informed. • - Coordinate hiring workflows, onboarding, and compliance (with HR support). • - Own and execute the firm’s Operational Calendar, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. • - Create, document, and improve workflows that streamline efficiency and profitability.. • - Collaborate closely with the Chief Advisor to ensure strategic alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• - 1–3 years of proven operations leadership experience, ideally in financial services • - Strong remote management skills — you keep teams aligned across tools and time zones. • - Tech-savvy: you know how to set up and optimize systems. • - Positive, coachable, and proactive — you see problems before they become issues. • - Strong process builder who thrives on creating systems that scale. • - People leader with the ability to coach, inspire, and hold others accountable. • - Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
