📋 Description

• Support preparation of US income tax returns for Americans living abroad from start to finish • Collaborate with the Tax Team to ensure tax projects meet firm standards and production schedules • Handle international tax forms including Forms 2555, 1116, and 8833 • Assist with complex reporting requirements including Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 3520, and 8621 • Communicate proactively with clients to gather documentation and provide status updates • Participate in team meetings • Contribute to the firm’s collective knowledge of evolving expat tax laws • Follow established production calendars to ensure timely filing and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Available to begin full-time work in January 2027; candidates with notice periods or commitments extending beyond this date will not be considered • BA in Accounting or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in expat tax preparation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proactive, self-motivated approach • Willingness to work as part of a collaborative, remote team • Proficiency with international tax forms • High degree of attention to detail
