📋 Description

• Serve as a member of the technical support team supporting Oracle and ancillary systems • Identify and resolve technical problems related to integrations between Oracle and other systems • Respond to inquiries, provide guidance, and assist users in resolving their issues • Document issues, track progress, and escalate complex problems to higher levels of support • Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of troubleshooting steps • Perform technical testing and coordinate with BAs and Workstream SMEs on functional testing • Manage conflicting priorities, including post-production support

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud in a technical support role • Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud • Excellent communication skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Willingness to learn new skills and systems • Ability to follow pre-defined procedures for testing and troubleshooting • Experience with Microsoft Office products
