📋 Description

• Assist external clients in implementing technical systems, software, or solutions • Evaluate client needs and develop configurations supporting business processes • Plan and execute delivery and implementation plans • Test and troubleshoot final system setups • Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation • Participate in pre-sales product demonstrations • Assist with project scoping and proposal development • Handle more complex or high-value implementation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related area • 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
