• Manage and lead all design studios and design studio teams across the Southeast Area • Set the operational and strategic direction for the area • Ensure consistency in scheduling, product offerings, operations, and compliance with the Design Studio Playbook • Lead, coach, develop, hire, onboard, and train design studio teams • Oversee daily design operations, studio remodels, product selections, appointment flow, and customer experience • Collaborate with sales, purchasing, architecture, corporate, regional, construction, and warranty teams • Complete monthly KPI reporting, analyze performance trends, and identify operational improvement opportunities • Analyze studio data to identify customer preferences, conversion patterns, and revenue drivers • Manage staffing levels, timesheets, commission payouts, monthly studio commitments, and performance accountability • Curate and support Canvas collections and other product offerings • Support corporate design initiatives and procurement efforts through the Area Design Studio Council • Attend regional purchasing, design studio leadership, and Starts Meetings • Manage division contact lists and maintain documentation and corporate compliance • Support third-party studios with tools, coaching, resources, and Taylor Morrison procedures • Manage IT ordering and standardized employee onboarding • Support model home teams with model option selections and paperwork
• Minimum of 5+ year management experience with Design experience required • College Degree and experience in Homebuilding preferred • Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement • Ability to lead, coach, and develop design studio teams across the Southeast Area • Knowledge of design studio operations, scheduling, appointments, product offerings, and customer experience • Ability to analyze design studio KPIs, customer preferences, conversion patterns, and revenue drivers • Ability to manage staffing, hiring, onboarding, training, timesheets, and commission payouts • Product knowledge and ability to educate design studio, sales, construction, and warranty teams • Ability to use DocuSign and Division Teams channels for documentation • Ability to manage third-party design studio partnerships • Ability to order and approve IT and employee onboarding materials • Ability to support model home option selections and paperwork
