📋 Description

• Review processes and conduct needs/benefit analysis • Proactively seek and identify needed system changes • Work on customization and development of workflows, flows and API’s • Assist in migration and integration process into Salesforce • Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups • Assist in generating reports and dashboards • Conduct training to users/groups to ensure successful implementation of enhancements • Provide support functions as needed • Monitor application storage and create documentation as needed • Be the subject matter expert on Salesforce and Force.com applications • Mentor and act as point of escalation for other Salesforce administrators on the team • Perform additional duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience • Experience with Financial Force (Certinia) is a plus. • Excellent technical and communication skills with experience in interfacing with internal stakeholders. • Proven ability to utilize Salesforce analytics tools. • Salesforce administrator certification is required • Experience maintaining a 500+ user Salesforce org required • Experience with data migrations is required • Additional Salesforce certifications preferred • Experience with Zuora products is preferred • Ability to read and understand Apex and translate into Flows • Deep understanding of Salesforce object, record, master detail relationships
