📋 Description

• Oversee operational processes and systems related to student advising • Collaborate with students, faculty, staff, academic departments, and Student Support Counselors • Manage advising-related data, department schedules, enrollment processes, reporting, and system accuracy • Centrally track advising-related data and maintain accessibility, accuracy, and currency • Track student information related to academic progress, dissertation progress, withdrawals, degree audits, faculty advisor assignments, and cross-campus enrollment • Review commencement eligibility, residency, study abroad, and other academic needs • Manage internal articulation agreements for students moving between academic programs • Collaborate on enrollment, course scheduling, and student support-related operational needs • Generate and review reports for enrollment management, course scheduling, system audits, and student tracking • Conduct routine system and data audits and resolve discrepancies • Lead course scheduling based on student needs and graduation requirements • Build and maintain courses using CampusVue/Campus Nexus and other university systems • Assign faculty, cross-list courses, review course capacity and enrollment, and make scheduling adjustments • Participate in enrollment meetings and term-preparation activities • Review course schedules and enrollment data and make necessary updates • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of administrative or higher education experience • Bachelor's degree • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Highly organized and attentive to detail • Ability to manage projects independently • Strong administrative skills • Team-oriented • Experience with CampusVue/Campus Nexus or similar student information systems, including course scheduling, enrollment management, data review, and report generation
