📋 Description

• Provide analytical and project management support for corporate and business-line strategic initiatives • Help build the USCC Operations Controls & Risk Assessment function • Support development and oversight of the USCC control inventory • Help address control gaps • Contribute to risk assessment activities • Shape sustainable processes, documentation, and team practices • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services, and North American business partners • Provide senior management with proactive reporting and analysis • Resolve issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, internal departments, and outside contacts • Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes • Analyze company data and recommend initiatives that positively impact financial results • Work independently and coach team members within area of expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience in addition to the stated experience • 3+ years of related experience • Excellent communication skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Exceptional active listening skills • Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects • Prior experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred • Prior experience with USCC operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, control writing, control testing, and risk assessments preferred • Strong problem-solving, time management, and relationship management skills • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to influence stakeholders outside the direct reporting line • Ability to motivate team members in a fast-paced and demanding environment • Occasional domestic travel • Ability to perform continuous sedentary work, multiple tasks, office equipment operation, prolonged concentration, reading, writing, comprehension, and basic arithmetic
