📋 Description

• Promotes strong and lasting customer relationships in a contact center environment • Provides quality customer service and sales • Achieves high success by understanding customer needs • Completes a broad range of financial transactions with accuracy • Participates fully as a collaborative member of the team • Supports a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ years of related customer service experience; or equivalent work experience • Able to communicate financial information clearly • Team oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Must have PC skills with the ability to use/learn current technology and software applications • Bilingual (Spanish) contact center representatives must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish
