📋 Description
• Provides technical leadership across the Analytics function • Develops, maintains, and enhances Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing models/AI solutions • Collaborates with business owners to identify data science opportunities • Uses programming languages and techniques for extracting and preparing data • Visualizes insights to convey meaning of results to stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred • Progressive project work experience or 5+ years of relevant experience • Strong foundation in regression, classification, and machine learning models • Proficiency with Python and SQL • Experience in Financial Crimes / Compliance Risk Analytics is a plus • Hands-on experience with GenAI applications is a strong plus
