📋 Description

• Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area • Implement policies, processes, and initiatives supporting business management, strategy, and governance objectives • Perform complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level • Work independently as a senior analyst and subject matter expert, and coach or educate others • Lead implementation of initiatives supporting the overall business or function strategy • Manage business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas • Support integrated implementation of policies, procedures, and changes across functional areas • Provide subject matter expertise to projects and initiatives, including identifying, designing, and testing solutions • Develop and deliver presentations and communications to management or broader audiences • Analyze variances, due diligence, operational risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency • Develop or implement standards, policies, procedures, and risk-mitigation solutions • Maintain relationships with business and technology partners, program managers, and project managers • Prioritize workload, meet timelines, transfer knowledge, and recommend productivity improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree • 5+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, technology, operations, product support, project management, or a related field preferred • 3+ years of experience with FIS or other banking technology vendor platforms • Professional certifications in business analysis, Agile, project management, payments, treasury management, risk, or financial services are a plus • Direct experience supporting TD eTreasury or similar commercial online banking platforms • Knowledge of Treasury Management client onboarding, servicing, implementation, training, and support models • Experience supporting platform upgrades, customer migrations, authentication or token replacement initiatives, fraud-prevention campaigns, or digital banking modernization programs • Familiarity with issue escalation, self-identification processes, operational risk reviews, procedure management, control documentation, and internal governance routines • Experience creating customer-facing communications, training guides, knowledge center content, FAQs, release notes, meeting materials, and executive updates • Ability to analyze issues, customer pain points, service trends, data points, and operational impacts • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
