📋 Description

• Lead creation of comprehensive end-to-end technical solutions for projects and platforms • Develop and maintain technical solutions aligned with engineering and architectural principles • Plan, evaluate, recommend, design, operationalize and support secure, reliable and scalable solutions • Provide expert advice on system/application administration, installation, configuration, provisioning, platform planning, integration and release/deployment management • Support Encompass loan origination and Blend point-of-sale platforms, business rules and workflows • Design and deliver Encompass solutions including plugins, workflow rules, web input forms and task-based processing • Execute engineering strategy for tools and automation across build, test, release and configuration activities • Create solution options and coordinate stakeholders throughout development initiatives • Develop and document detailed solution designs and act as application subject matter expert • Develop complex applications and systems, including programming and coding • Create functional, technical and user-interface designs • Consult on requirements and specifications and recommend optimal software/system solutions • Review technical deliverables and identify quality gaps or redesign needs • Recommend and implement buy/build/reuse improvements to enhance customer experience, availability and cost efficiency • Define application metrics and performance goals with technology partners • Identify and resolve application, data, cross-capability and cross-release issues • Analyze business and environment requirements and recommend solutions within business technology architecture • Work with architects on environment modifications, data conversion impacts and performance requirements • Conduct code reviews and operational readiness reviews • Lead remediation plans for performance, risk and governance issues • Maintain stakeholder relationships and alignment with enterprise and regulatory requirements • Participate in continuous improvement, automation, knowledge transfer, mentoring and team development

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located within TD footprint: CT, DE, FL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, DC • Undergraduate degree, Post Graduate degree or Technical Certificate • Strong academic background, such as computer science or engineering • 5–7 years relevant experience • Strong communication skills preferred • Encompass configuration experience preferred • Business analysis experience preferred • Underwriting experience preferred • Deep data reporting experience preferred • Software engineering experience preferred • Website design experience preferred • Encompass web experience preferred • Expert knowledge of business, organizational, technical environment, processes, procedures, tools and relevant technology areas • Expert knowledge of engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes and procedures • Ability to work independently and/or autonomously as a senior/lead • Knowledge of software engineering activities, enterprise frameworks and methodologies • Ability to conduct code reviews, operational readiness reviews and support solution design sign-offs • Ability to identify and manage risks and comply with regulatory requirements
