📋 Description

• Join TDS Global Solutions' Forward Deployed Engineering & Applied AI Talent Network for consideration for current and future opportunities • Understand complex business problems, architect solutions, build production-grade software, and work directly with customers • Bridge engineering, product, AI, and customer delivery • Operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and take ownership from discovery through production deployment • Translate lessons from customer engagements into improvements across Product and Engineering • Executive Recruiting Team reviews candidates' experience, technical background, and career interests • Recruiters may contact aligned candidates to discuss opportunities in greater detail • Candidate information may be retained in the Talent Network for future opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on software engineering and development of production-grade applications • Customer-facing technical implementations, integrations, or deployments • Building and deploying AI, Generative AI, LLM, agentic AI, conversational AI, or Voice AI solutions • Full-stack development using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Java, or Go • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure • Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, distributed systems, data infrastructure, or real-time applications • Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams • Strong technical depth, communication, and customer-facing skills • Experience in venture-backed startups, high-growth technology companies, AI organizations, or complex enterprise software environments is highly valued
