📋 Description

• Provide outside plant project support for a geographic area • Prepare analytical records, statistics, and reports relating to Outside Plant functions • Support Outside Plant Engineering and/or Construction to ensure projects are completed on time, in scope, and on budget • Manage the invoice process, including Purchase Orders, tracking work performed, and reviewing and processing external vendor invoices • Work with engineering, construction, and finance personnel to collect and verify data • Examine outside plant project documentation and ensure data completeness and accuracy • Maintain data integrity of outside plant-related tools • Evaluate and recommend changes in methods and procedures • Provide coaching and mentoring to peers and assist with onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience • 4+ years of utility construction experience -AND/OR- engineering experience • 1+ years of analytical experience • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and GIS, and ability to learn new tools • Software knowledge and skills in spreadsheets, database applications, word documents, and similar business and office applications • SAP Experience/knowledge • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality • Organized, self-motivated, detail orientated, analytical, and able to work with minimal supervision • Ariba experience/knowledge • Project Management experience/exposure • 2+ years of telecommunications experience
