📋 Description

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Work with TPMs to understand business needs and background context. • Convert business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications and backlog items for the development team. • Design technical solution approaches, including conceptual, logical, and physical designs. • Support API-based integrations with external vendors and resellers as well as internal platform services. • Help maintain and support our e‑commerce platform and related systems as part of a global, homegrown ERP environment. • Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, often using SQL to analyze data and understand root causes. • Engage with business and IT partners to clarify requirements and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals. • Use monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and debugging tools to support stable and reliable production environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in systems engineering, business systems analysis, software engineering, or a related technical role. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field. • Experience working with APIs (ideally RESTful) and integrating with third-party or internal services. • Practical experience with at least one of: Java or Python, and strong skills in SQL and relational databases. • Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and documentation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to dive into data to understand issues. • Clear, professional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
