📋 Description

• Performs systems analysis and provides support and guidance to end-users for company applications and administration systems • Acts as a liaison between internal business staff, IT technical teams and vendors to evaluate business needs and drive system solutions to support business strategies and objectives • Creates training documents and maintains project files and updates • Works closely with moderate to complex support issues and performs as a subject matter expert (SME)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree – related experience can substitute • 5 years of related experience in programming, systems analysis, or business analysis • Understanding of project management methodologies • Ability to effectively facilitate meetings (Applies to Lead Role Only)
