📋 Description

• Own the global Cisco business and lead the global Security business • Set strategic direction for growing, evolving, and scaling Cisco and Security businesses worldwide • Define and execute a multi-year transformational strategy for higher-value solutions across cloud, networking, data and AI, data center, and services • Translate enterprise strategy into growth priorities • Align global stakeholders and accelerate adoption of critical capabilities • Leverage the matrix model to drive execution across regions, vendors, and solution teams • Develop and execute a Cisco multi-year growth strategy aligned with TD SYNNEX enterprise priorities • Advance higher-value solutions across cloud, data and AI, security, services, networking, and communications • Define and advance the global Security strategy • Capture market growth and expand vendor-funded opportunities • Strengthen TD SYNNEX’s competitive position across key regions • Lead through influence with regional presidents, country leaders, vendor teams, and solution-area leaders • Align priorities, remove barriers, and drive execution from global strategy through regional and country implementation • Build strategic relationships with leading Security vendors • Secure financial, technical, and programmatic support for transformation and new business opportunities • Establish executive exchanges, business reviews, and governance forums • Maintain alignment, accountability, and momentum against growth and transformation objectives • Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and portfolio opportunities • Drive growth faster than the market across Cisco and Security while delivering against AFC targets • Drive adoption of PartnerFirst and other critical platforms, digital programs, practices, and services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required • Master’s degree, postgraduate degree, or MBA in Security, Networking, Business, or a related discipline preferred • 10 to 15+ years of relevant leadership experience • Direct experience with Cisco • Demonstrated experience in the security industry • Strong understanding of the channel • Security and Networking technical and sales experience • Ability to translate market, vendor, and customer needs into scalable growth strategies • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a complex, global matrix organization • 15+ years of people leadership experience, including direct management and development of high-performing teams • Accuracy and efficiency with important details • Basic mathematical calculation skills • Effective English and other local/regional language communication skills • Ability to create and conduct formal presentations • Skilled negotiation and persuasive idea promotion/sales ability • Ability to interact effectively with managers and higher levels of management • Ability to collaborate effectively across various identities • Clear communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong leadership skills and willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive • Sensitivity to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others • Ability to build effective working relationships • Ability to work constructively under stress and pressure • Adaptability to change • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Ability to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards • Intermediate-level proficiency with relevant computer systems and applications • Frequent and global travel availability • On-call availability as necessary • Ability to work occasional non-standard hours or overtime as required
