📋 Description

• Manage Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs across the organization • Administer, maintain, and train users on risk-based, business-focused resilience programs • Apply TE’s Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs in the field • Provide direct support across regions through program maintenance, training, and communication • Work with regional ERSM leaders to provide expertise and hands-on implementation guidance • Partner with business units to ensure continuity plans comply with company policy, customer requirements, and standards • Conduct periodic compliance and quality audits of business continuity and crisis management programs • Partner with the security and resilience PMO on technology • Design, develop, and deliver resilience awareness training and communication initiatives • Benchmark with industry peers and related industries, including Learning & Development • Report to the Head of Global Resilience

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in a relevant field • 15 years of extensive experience in corporate crisis management and business continuity • Preference for experience in the manufacturing sector • Expert knowledge of business applications of business continuity and crisis management programs • Ability and willingness to execute tactically as required • Trust-based relationship-building with regional leaders and professional organizations • Strong emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills • Knowledge of Learning & Development best practices • Excellent presentation skills • Experience living in different countries • Comfort working within complex global organizations • Additional language knowledge is a plus • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration to address organizational security challenges • Highly skilled in a matrix-management environment • Ability to travel 25% to 50%, sometimes on short notice
