📋 Description

• Lead and operationalize Teach For America's total rewards strategy • Translate enterprise priorities and talent strategy into compensation, benefits, and performance-aligned rewards programs • Partner with senior leaders and People Team colleagues on talent attraction, retention, engagement, consistency, and equity • Prepare materials, analyses, and recommendations for leadership decision-making • Manage compensation program design, implementation, administration, salary structures, benchmarking, pay practices, and performance-aligned compensation • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Lead benefits strategy, administration, and external partnerships • Oversee benefits processes and relationships with brokers, carriers, and external partners • Ensure compliance, governance, transparency, risk mitigation, and system integrity • Use data, benchmarking, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement • Serve as a strategic partner across the enterprise and lead rewards programs that attract, support, and retain exceptional talent

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, Human Resources, or related functions • Leadership experience overseeing enterprise-wide programs, initiatives, or strategies • Experience designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs in complex or evolving organizations • Experience with compensation strategy, incentive design, benchmarking, governance, and scalable program design • Strong knowledge of total rewards strategy, compensation philosophy, salary structures, job architecture, market benchmarking, benefits programs, and applicable regulations • Experience partnering with Finance, HR, Payroll, and senior leaders • Strong analytical and business acumen • Strong project management skills • Experience establishing governance structures, operational controls, and decision-making frameworks • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence stakeholders, build trust, drive alignment, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities
