📋 Description

• Plan and lead implementation of direct-to-corps-member In-Service programs • Map key moments in the participant journey and set a vision for an aligned leadership experience • Build learning agendas with subject-matter expert teams and iterate experiences year over year • Design and plan experiences with staffing plans, operations, session materials, and facilitation • Partner with regional and hub teams to contextualize and implement In-Service key moments • Develop regional needs assessments, off-the-shelf resources, and tools through design sprints • Project manage the CPLE team toward key In-Service milestones • Facilitate staff training so experience outcomes are clear to program staff • Manage complex projects and execution across central and regional workstreams • Lead cross-functional stakeholder coordination and maintain partnerships with national, regional, local, and external partners • Identify risks and opportunities and provide capacity for short-term strategic projects

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of aligned experience • Experience in roles requiring direct management and strong lateral management • Relationship-building and cross-functional leadership experience • Significant experience designing, executing, and leading large-scale key moments aligned with Teach For America’s program model • Experience leading regional programs • Ability to work weekends and evenings as necessary • Ability to set and evolve vision and direction for key moments and leadership experiences • Ability to build strong relationships in challenging situations • Ability to influence others toward outcomes through sophisticated relationship management • Ability to make timely decisions and demonstrate good judgment • Ability to constantly improve and learn from past experiences • Ability to inspire and motivate others to perform against measurable goals
