📋 Description

• Lead medium-to-large technology projects from initiation through completion using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate project resources and activities across multiple internal teams • Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues • Support project financial tracking, forecasting, and budget management • Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, status updates, and stakeholder communications • Ensure projects align with scope, timelines, and client expectations • Document lessons learned and identify process-improvement opportunities • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including refinement meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach to enable Agile best practices • Work with Solution Architects to define, prioritize, and refine backlogs • Track Agile team performance metrics and support iterative value delivery • Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams • Coordinate with Network, Operations, Cybersecurity, and Service Delivery teams • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones • Support resolution of project roadblocks, cross-functional collaboration, governance, and compliance • Share project management best practices with peers and junior team members • Support onboarding and mentoring for newer project managers

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years of experience in IT project management • Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies • Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or Lean principles • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Experience managing project schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables • Proficiency with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Microsoft Project • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Exposure to Agile transformation or PMO process-improvement initiatives preferred • Experience supporting cloud or infrastructure-related projects preferred • PMP certification preferred • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification preferred • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) preferred • Must be able to sit, stand, and bend for the duration of the shift • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs • Application asks about citizenship/employment eligibility and future sponsorship requirements
