📋 Description

• Support RFP/procurement and market-check processes for assigned accounts by creating project timelines and plans, coordinating PBM data requests, creating RFP templates, and preparing PowerPoint presentations • Support audits by creating statements of work, submitting Asana tickets, coordinating data requests with the audit department, and preparing audit findings presentations • Assist with Pharmalogic reporting, including setup, Wrike ticket submission, analytic report coordination and creation, and peer review of report data • Coordinate and track client transitions to new PBMs • Document and retain key agreements, deliverables, and client correspondence • Coordinate onboarding for new teammates • Work with IT and Clinical teams on project coordination and issue resolution • Serve as a trusted business partner to internal partners and Brown & Brown customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business • Strong experience in MS Office and/or MS Excel • Knowledge of PBM and/or pharmacy benefit consulting preferred • Experience with Tableau preferred • Strong pharmacy industry knowledge • Experience working in pharmacy benefit consulting • Creative, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills
