📋 Description

• Analyze architectural plans and construction documents to identify project requirements. • Perform technical take-offs from blueprints and drawings. • Prepare detailed product and material lists, including site furnishings and specialty items. • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and quotations. • Support budgeting and estimating processes for construction projects. • Maintain organized documentation and tracking of estimates and supplier information.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in construction estimating and quantity take-offs. • Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings. • Experience managing vendor and supplier relationships. • Fluency in written and spoken English.
