📋 Description

• Assess CRM/ATS requirements and recommend a platform/configuration approach • Configure objects, fields, pipelines, layouts, forms, permissions, and automation • Standardize the recruitment stage model in Zoho Recruit and align it across active job openings • Automate communications, including email alerts/templates, bulk email, interview scheduling, and talent-pool nurturing • Build reports, dashboards, and custom views for recruitment pipelines and CRM activity • Evaluate and implement AI-assisted features such as matching, scoring, resume parsing, and CRM AI workflows with human-review controls • Develop reusable configurations/templates and administration/SOP documentation • Execute the full fixed-scope project independently, with IT touchpoints and management check-ins as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on configuration experience with Zoho Recruit and/or Zoho CRM • Salesforce or GoHighLevel experience ideally • API integration experience • Experience designing auditable, human-reviewed AI-assisted workflows, not fully automated decisioning • Prior recruiting/ATS-specific implementation experience preferred • Experience building multi-tenant/reusable CRM templates for future client use preferred • Portfolio of relevant, comparable work • RFQ covering proposed work, approach, inclusions/exclusions, estimated timeline and hours, total cost, additional/recurring costs, required client inputs, risks, limitations, and assumptions • Willingness to sign an NDA and Project Agreement before receiving full project details and credentials • Willingness to undergo a background check
