📋 Description

• Overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping operations • Reviewing financial records and coordinating bookkeeping tasks across the team • Serving as a professional point of contact for clients regarding financial matters • Ensuring that work is completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with client expectations and internal standards • Performing monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations • Processing payroll accurately and according to established schedules • Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, summaries, and supporting documentation • Communicating directly with clients regarding bookkeeping, billing, payments, reports, and financial documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 5 years or more of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or an equivalent accounting software platform • Experience handling bank reconciliations, payroll processing, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance • Experience coordinating bookkeeping tasks or reviewing the work of other team members • Comfortable communicating directly with clients regarding financial matters • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote work environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace • Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.
