📋 Description

• Develop detailed structural BIM models and construction drawings in accordance with project standards. • Perform material quantification and maintain project accuracy throughout the design process. • Utilize Bluebeam for documentation review and coordination. • Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and engineering teams across all project phases. • Support site modeling and point cloud integration workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in structural design and drafting. • Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure (mandatory). • Knowledge of multidisciplinary BIM coordination workflows. • Fluency in written and spoken English.
