📋 Description

• Support a new team from preproduction through ship and live support • Establish and communicate the plan of record • Identify and resolve team misalignment • Partner with Product Owners on major initiatives, risks, and challenges • Collaborate with the Production Lead to uphold production standards and best practices • Identify and address potential production problems proactively • Create production plans with team leads to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals • Track planned, unplanned, and emergent work against schedules and budgets • Maintain up-to-date backlogs and work systems • Track end-to-end feature delivery and inform planning and decisions • Coordinate meetings, facilitate decisions, and follow up on action items • Identify risks and uncertainty and help teams reach creative and technical consensus • Communicate team progress to stakeholders • Facilitate cross-discipline and cross-team collaboration and prevent conflicts • Help build a positive and inclusive team culture • Work independently using judgment outside established production practices when necessary • Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedures • Improve production practices at teamLFG

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in internal games production, including experience producing creative teams • Exceptional communication skills, outstanding analytical skills, and attention to detail • Social intelligence, great interpersonal skills, and empathy for creative teams • Comfort dealing with ambiguity, including effectively leading a team despite ambiguity • Strong critical thinking skills • Results-oriented, focused, and composed under pressure • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA or similar • Background checks at the offer stage are required for new employees
