📋 Description

• Promote and adhere to the organization’s Project Management Methodology • Initiate and manage multiple complex enterprise projects in parallel with multiple dependencies • Plan, direct, and implement complex projects on time, within budget, and with desired functionality and outcomes • Provide project status, reports, performance metrics, and other deliverables throughout the project management methodology • Create and execute project work plans, revising them as needed • Support business and project management staff • Manage PMO operational activities and maintain accurate portfolio project information • Identify and manage portfolio risks • Eliminate bottlenecks and resource alignment problems through influence • Identify required resources and assign responsibilities • Manage stakeholders and stakeholder expectations • Build strong project teams across multiple divisions • Provide excellent internal and external service to DET • Manage vendor relationships according to client strategies and directives • Collaborate with and support PMO and DET peers and leadership • Support the PMO mission and Portfolio Management • Continuously improve the Project Methodology • Provide input into Project Management Best Practices • Educate Project Management customers and stakeholders on PMO processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management knowledge and experience • Solid organization • Effective communication • Leadership • Experience with stakeholders • Meeting facilitation skills • Problem solving • Effective decision making • Candidates must be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate before starting at their own expense • All remote work must be performed within Wisconsin • Microsoft Teams interview with video and audio
