📋 Description

• Set and execute the overall strategy for the inside sales function, including outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and SDR/BDR programs • Lead inside sales managers and senior representatives • Develop leaders and drive accountability across performance metrics • Collaborate with Field Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product • Align go-to-market strategies and optimize pipeline flow • Design and implement scalable processes, playbooks, training programs, and technology tools • Monitor conversion rates, activity levels, sourced revenue, and other key metrics • Iterate on team performance and engagement strategies • Own headcount planning, team structure, budget management, and hiring roadmaps • Represent inside sales in cross-functional and executive leadership forums • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Tekion’s global inside sales organization • Drive pipeline generation, lead conversion, and outbound strategy across multiple segments

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or demand generation • At least 5 years in leadership roles • Proven success scaling and managing large inside sales or SDR organizations in a B2B or SaaS environment • Strong understanding of CRM systems, especially Salesforce • Experience with sales engagement platforms and performance analytics • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field • Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience working with Salesforce • Currently authorized to work in the United States • Willingness to travel
