📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls • Assist customers with policy inquiries, account maintenance, billing questions, and service requests • Provide timely and accurate resolution to customer concerns • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding requests and account updates • Document customer interactions and resolutions within internal systems • Process customer requests according to company procedures and service standards • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction performance expectations • Maintain compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with team members and leadership • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or contact center environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Insurance, healthcare, financial services, or related industry experience is preferred • Ability to work Monday through Friday within the operating window of 7:00 AM CST to 6:00 PM CST • Must be able to work within the United States
