📋 Description

• Perform verification and follow-up calls with healthcare providers to collect patient records • Schedule appointments with providers for record collection and retrieval • Resolve issues through phone and electronic communication • Follow additional instructions based on evolving project and business needs • Maintain a professional, customer-focused and team-focused approach • Utilize MS Office tools • Handle a high volume of outgoing calls

🎯 Requirements

• Eligible to work and perform job responsibilities within the United States • 2+ years of call center experience ideally preferred • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with healthcare providers • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals • Availability to be on video during the training period • Consistent attendance and punctuality • Reliable power backup • High-speed internet connectivity • Own Windows-based system or laptop • High-speed internet with an Ethernet connection
