📋 Description

• Actively listen to customers with patience and courtesy to understand their needs and concerns • Use available resources and troubleshooting techniques to deliver tailored solutions quickly and effectively • Foster strong customer relationships through kind, responsive, and helpful interactions • Provide premium customer service through phone, chat, email, and social media • Handle inquiries about package logistics, returns, refunds, product details, and warranty support • Assist with website navigation, product selection, and general questions

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional listening and communication skills • Customer service experience • Interpersonal skills • Written and verbal communication skills • Computer proficiency • High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience with customer service, customer support, typing, hospitality, retail, call center, or inbound calls • Intermediate-level experience • Ability to provide support through phone, chat, email, and social media • Experience handling package logistics, returns, refunds, product details, and warranty support
