📋 Description

• Listen actively to customer concerns with empathy and patience • Provide accurate and timely solutions using available tools • Build trust through kind, responsive, and helpful interactions • Support customers via phone, chat, email, and social media • Assist with package tracking, returns, refunds, product information, and warranties • Guide customers through website navigation and product selection • Complete paid orientation and full-time training during weeks 1–3 • Accept shift assignments after training based on availability and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) • High School Diploma or equivalent • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Internet with minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload; no wireless providers • Mandatory attendance for all training sessions • Availability for Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST standard hours and Mon–Sun, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM CST during peak season • Hospitality, Retail, Food Service, or Call Center experience preferred • Customer Care and Inbound Call Handling experience preferred
