📋 Description

• Provide premium customer service through phone, chat, email, and social media • Handle inquiries related to package logistics, returns, refunds, product details, and warranty support • Assist customers with website navigation, product selection, and general questions • Deliver thoughtful, efficient, and personalized support • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in AZ or NV • Must have prior experience in customer service where you have helped answer customer questions and resolve issues • Experience with navigating on a computer while speaking to someone on the phone • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to work 7am to 6pm MST, Monday through Sunday, with 8-hour shifts and 2 days off
